I found my calling running point on mortgage company transitions — small branches, full company handoffs, the delicate work of change without loss. Somewhere in that success, I started growing and healing too, and I noticed a pattern in every conversation with the owners I worked with: it always came back to what’s your vision? Rarely was it clear. Usually, people were ready to move, could feel what was next, but were scattered. So we’d integrate it together, piece by piece, until it took shape.

I’ve also seen it go wrong — moves made before the vision was clear, messy and hard to recover from. That’s where my real experience lives, and it’s why I love the unlocking work so much. When your words are jumbled and the feeling is bigger than the language, that’s my favorite place to be — because even in the scatter, I can hear your magic.

I do this with everyone I love, including my husband and two children, who’ve helped shape this gift as much as I’ve offered it to them. Now I get to offer it to you: the visionaries carrying something real, something that deserves to take shape. I can’t wait to see what we build.
